12 Dys of Inspiration - Day 15!

Here are the dimensions:
4.5" square - scored at 1/2" on all sides.
5" square - scored at 5/8" and 1" on all sides.
5" x 11.25" - scored at 2.25", 5.5", 8.25" and 11" - then 1/2" on the long sides.
